The Kings Speech

Yesterday, I saw "The Kings Speech". Very good movie:

aesthetics:
The amount of visual detail in this movie is impressive. Somehow the film style reminded me of 2046. The colour palette of each scene is carefully chosen. The unconventional and slow shots - like the one in the photo - take part in the dialog as much as the actors do.

acting:
Colin Firth proves to be more than an accidental husband in the movie. Helena Bonham Carter proves to be more than just a wicked women.

story:
Slow, no real plot, but that isn't always a necessity.

Go see it, and let me know what you think!
